I had a great experience with Dr. Sheila. I was referred to her by a friend and i’m glad I came to her for my veneers. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My teeth look amazing and very natural. I would highly recommend

The best dentist I have ever been to. I got the best cleaning in preparation for my Veneers and it was the most detailed cleaning. My veneers are so natural and the office and doctors made me so comfortable through out the entire process. My veneers look incredible and the experience was amazing!

A smile is such an important part of one’s personality and everyday life. After a long but rewarding journey, you and your amazing team have given me my dream smile. Dr. Fajiram I can’t stop smiling, and I owe it all to you. Thank you so much for everything!

*this is a previously posted review re-uploaded with updated and edits for clarity* Here is an overview of my experience at Sutton Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry. The good: I am happy with my implants, crowns, cleanings, and ZOOM teeth whitening services. The staff (especially Jozlynn) was kind. Inquiries were promptly addressed, and I appreciated the ability to communicate via text. The bad: Dr. Monahemi described herself as a TMJ expert and encouraged me to pursue Invisalign to “correct my bite,” relieve clenching and grinding, and prepare for veneers. TMJ was discussed in person as well as documented on my intake forms. Toward the end of my treatment, my TMJ worsened. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t informed that worsening TMJ symptoms were a possible risk. In fact, I was not informed of any risks associated with Invisalign. What began as moderate aching, clenching, and grinding has since progressed into severe jaw pain, ear fullness, jaw-locking, and neck pain that has landed me in the ER—symptoms I had never experienced in my life before my invisalign treatment. Additionally, my bite arch feels so constricted that I bite my tongue in my sleep, and even speaking normally has become difficult. At a follow up appointment to address my concerns, Dr. Monahemi acknowledged my issues and agreed that primary goal of my Invisalign treatment was to repair my bite to help relieve TMJ clenching, grinding. However, she did not take accountability and presented me with costly and invasive solutions for the problems created under her care. The tone shifted when I declined these options and pushed further. Over email Dr. Monahemi: -denied ever (!) discussing TMJ issues with me (despite my own intake form stating otherwise). -denied claiming to be a TMJ expert, despite her website advertising her “extensive knowledge in TMJ” -stated that she spoke to another dentist about my health issues. This was done without written or verbal consent. -Suggested my new TMJ symptoms (which began under her care, well into adulthood) were caused by (unfounded) sleep apnea and (non-existent) stress. When I requested a copy of my notes I discovered inconsistent and missing information. Notes from an appointment with my fiancé (a physician) were misrepresented. I think it is also worth noting that details relating to other procedures were incomplete or excluded on my chart. For example: -When a screw access hole of my implant loosened and required replacement, there is no record of it at all. – When I came in with pain and food trapped under my new implant that had to be cleaned out, the note only states: “Radiograph taken… everything within normal limits. Pt left satisfied.” There is no mention of debris, discomfort, or treatment. When I asked whether the software logs who edits notes and when, I was told the system keeps no trackable history. In my opinion, this lack of accountability leaves patients (and the practice) vulnerable. I can not recommend this office. They fail to disclose risks, deny responsibility when problems arise, and maintain poor and untraceable notes / health records. Learn from someone who paid thousands of dollars only to end up with new, chronic pain that I will now be managing indefinitely and go somewhere else.
