I was referred to Dr. Teach at Teach Dental Group by a friend and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From my very first consultation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Teach took the time to truly understand my goals and worked with my financial limitations. I couldn’t afford veneers, and he suggested composite bonding as a more affordable alternative. Before my appointment, he walked me through his entire plan and even showed me before-and-after photos of his previous work so I knew exactly what to expect. His attention to detail is incredible. He was very open to small changes and made sure everything was symmetrical and perfect. After finishing the work, he even had me come back in for minor tweaks to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Dr. Teach is not only a talented and meticulous dentist but also incredibly kind. The office has a great atmosphere, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. I am very pleased and satisfied with the care I receive at Teach Dental. Dr Zach and his entire staff ... from his assistant Shannon, to his hygienists Nancy and Cheryl, and his wonderful secretary Glenda, I cannot say enough! I have had extensive work done including implants, bridgework, crowns and more. Everything Zach has done has been well thought out and executed perfectly with full explanation and options for each treatment provided. Dr Zach is extremely caring and thoughtful in providing this care. I feel like part of the family. He and his staff are professional and provide a safe environment. About 3 months ago I went to see Dr Teach for a loose front tooth which was a cap. Turns out I fractured my tooth and had to have a dental implant procedure done. I was so upset and both Dr.,Mark Teach and Dr. Zach Teach took very good care of me. They were so compassionate and reassured me they would take good care of me. They were the BEST!!!!! It does take some time until everything is complete but what great results I have. Dr Zach did an amazing job. My tooth looks amazing!!!!!! I just LOVE him and his staff so much. Thank you, thank you so much for your great work and results. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!!!!! I LOVE YOU my wonderful dentists!!!!!!

My 84-year-old mother struggles to chew her food, having had her teeth removed many years ago. I contacted Teach Dental Group to schedule a consultation for a full set of dental implants. When Kim inquired about her insurance—which I provided, though I had assumed this would be an out-of-pocket procedure—the tone of the conversation shifted immediately. She suddenly became disinterested, claiming a “mysterious meeting,” and launched into a complaint that the owner and his father hold her responsible when patients fail to pay their bills.
When I attempted to address her dismissive and unprofessional behavior, explaining that she could not possibly know the circumstances of every caller, she abruptly hung up on me. The experience made it painfully clear that the practice’s purported “five-star” reviews are likely the result of friends and family padding the ratings. I would exercise extreme caution in trusting this office. The staff who answer the phones are the first—and often only—representation of a company’s professionalism, and if they are disorganized, dismissive, and hostile, one can only imagine the standard of care within the office itself.
