Absolutely amazing. They are gentle, warm, and reassuring. As someone who has dental anxiety, I felt fully at ease during an emergency root canal. I would recommend Dr. Patel especially. She is phenomenal and I am so thankful for them. Reception is so kind and sweet, and they truly want you to feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Tend UES is absolutely wonderful!! The space is calm, clean and delightful with a wonderful group of people who work there. I had three incredibly informative and comfortable visits with Dr. Bailey recently who gives concise and honest feedback and helps put you at ease every step of the way. I am relieved to say the least that I’ve found such a reliable practice to come back to for as many years ahead as possible!

I went to Tend in late 2024 for a check up. I have a difficult time going to the dentist because I grew up in a low income household. Now that I had insurance through my job, I was eager to find a good place that would make this experience as easy as possible. The place is very clean and the staff are respectful (except for my dental hygenist who made an unnecessary comment about my crooked molars along with a giggle). I received a treatment plan for 12 fillings which came out to be about $616 post-insurance. I decided not to schedule my next appointment right away, since I was expected to pay the fee for my next filling. When I was ready to make my appointment, I tried to call the same location but there was no way to call the front desk of the location. I decided to visit another location for my services. City Dental in Fidi said I only had 6 fillings (at $40 copay for each filling). I am so glad that I went to another location, because I saved so much money. It is a shame that Tend Dental takes advantage of their clients and overcharges them depending on their teeth health. I have a friend who also sought services from this company and although they did not have any fillings, they were charged for measuring their gums -- a service I received and was not charged for. I held onto my treatment plan in hopes of sharing this review, but I will now be discarding it and being Tend's #1 hater to my colleagues, friends, and hopefully this reader. Please for the sake of your wallet, go somewhere else!!
Waste of time! Arrived for my visit on time & waited 30 minutes just to be told to reschedule since their remote team in nashville couldn’t verify the birthday on my insurance. I called my insurance & verified myself all info correct. Tend texted me the next day to say they still couldn’t verify it. I asked them to cancel if they still couldn’t figure it out & instead of responding back they just cancelled again.. Overall strange customer experience & total waste of my time.
