The picture says it all! Dr. Dorfman is enthusiastic, optimistic and has a ton of jokes up his sleeve...but wait! there's more!!! He's also an amazing dentist! Dental appointments never felt so easy! He really caters to your needs and wants and takes his time in talking to you through your treatment. He'll consult all the necessary specialists which really makes you feel like you're in good hands. He's gentle and really one of a kind!
I haven't had a dentist like Dr. Dorfman since I was a kid, when my dentist was my friend's father. Dr. Dorfman's a great dentist, and he actually knows who I am. And the hygienist is great. For that matter, everyone on his staff is top notch. That's probably because he has dental students working and learning with him. They're all happy to be there, and it shows. And, when you need a specialist, he has the best people come right to his office. One last thing: There's a nice waiting room, but you won't spend much time in it. Appointments are usually right on schedule.
Jeff and his staff are truly the best in the business. The dentists and assistants are all very friendly and always take time to explain every procedure so that the patient is completely comfortable with what is to be done. The office is always spotless and the latest technology is used. I have been going there for years and highly recommend them.
As someone who's always had a mortal fear of going to the dentist, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dorfman's services. The dentistry is superb, the office is state-of-the-art, and the entire staff puts an uncommon emphasis on keeping patients comfortable and anxiety-free. The office is efficient, and people are uniformly pleasant and polite. The whole ethos is not to hurt you.
Health care these days is typically so impersonal, but Jeff and his fellow dentists offer the kind of attentive, expert service that lets you know you're in good hands. Case in point: I recently had a dental emergency while he was away on vacation (as in out of the country). After my wife emailed him to let him know what was going on, he immediately messaged back about what I should do and to coordinate with staff about how to proceed with my care. Pretty great.
