Customer Reviews
The location is easy to find, and even though the parking lot looks small I have always found parking. Well, I’ve only visited on the weekend. The staff is professional and polite, and the ambiance is quite simple and elegant. Very clean and spacious. Your privacy is maintained either the space given and the setup of the consultation rooms. Dr.French is thorough and she cares. Even though I couldn’t see her specifically this time, Dr.Green was a pleasant surprise.
Friendly and caring staff. The appointments are always on time and the doctors are available by phone if you have questions or they will call you back if they are with a patient. My first visit was with Dr. Henry and I still take my son to see her even though he's all grown. Thank you to all the doctors and staff members for always making our visit a terrific one. Oh, and to the maintenance team, thank you for a clean environment.
My husband and I have been taking our daughter here since she was few months old and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The doctors, I find to be very thorough and empathetic. I remember once a doctor talked me through my anxiety the entire session reassuring me that my daughter was well, though I was not the patient 😂 she reassured me in Christ Jesus and I am forever grateful.
All three of my kids go to Kidz Klinik for all their health issues. Some of the doctors there are very nice and knows how to interact with the children. The front desk stuff is friendly as well. Sometimes the wait time is long especially if you are going to see a specific doctor. The office is very clean and nice. The is a lot of parking space as well, it is just that sometimes you might not get to park right near the the entrance but additional parking will be in the back section of the building. And it is very convenient to just fill your prescription because there is a pharmacy there as well.
I never knew that one day I would be sharing my bad experience with the public of a place I had come to rely on since 2010 for medical services, but my experience with your staff today has left me with such great disappointment and discontent. To put it simply, your closing time is not the issue here, but needs to be mentioned, it is the lack of empathy and overall lack of compassion of your staff. I arrived at your office 5 minutes to closing time, it was obvious that the grill was already closed and there was a customer waiting to be let out. The security seated on the verandah acknowledged me and called one of the Front Desk staff without me asking. The young lady whom I recognize as one of your newest staff at the Front Desk came to me. She said, "Mommy we we are closed you will have to go to Children's", no questions asked. I pointed out that the sign on the door says 3:30pm. She said "yes but all the Doctors have already left. I asked in disbelief, "all the Doctors left before closing time?" Then the response from her was, "there is one Dr. here but she is seeing a patient". I told her why I was there and if she could ask the Dr. if it was possible to see my child. She said she couldn't because the Dr. was already seeing a patient. I realize that she was so detached from the situation, probably the need to leave so I asked to see someone who was in charge. Another lady came and said "there is no Doctor here...our policy states that if by 3:00pm we have no patients, we are to close." I was in total shock, so I said but a parent who is aware of your closing time, may not be aware of your internal policy so how is that fair to the us the customer who may turn up after 3pm but before your closing time? While talking to this lady, Dr. Gordon who was supposedly with a "patient" left. This nurse even let me know that it would take half an hour to nebulize a child, that's why they ask parents to get there by 3:00pm. So I said "oh I see that is why you are reluctant and lied about the unavailability of the Dr. so the issue is the possible time it may take to see the patient."
So my conclusion is this, it is best to go where the medical staff puts your child first. I then called another Medical Facility and that Dr. had already left for the day, and I left a message anyway. The other Doctor called me to enquire what was happening with my child apologized for not being available, gave me some tips and told me if things do not improve to call her in first thing in the morning.
