Never answers the phone. Poor follow up. Staff persons never have what’s needed. It took 3 trips before I could even get my appointment situated. Then I had to reach out to insurance for approval because the surgeons office never called to say it was denied. This was after waiting for 2 months. The best thing about the place is the facility and the dental staff. I will give them that.
