I wasn't even a regular client... At 10am I had broken a tooth. I called immediately and they got me in at 5pm same day. My Dentist was very helpful, informational, and she did a great job. All in all, It was a great experience. I will definitely be going thier on a regular basis. 💯 🦷☝🏼
I had my first extraction here. Dr. Piazza and his team performed smoothly and made me feel at ease!
Nice dentist, great hygienist, untrained staff at reception desk. Should have seen the red flags pick the different dentist on day one. After the initial cleaning and x-rays receptionist tells me as I'm walking out the door that it's going to take 2 months for them to figure out the insurance. I've seen dentist all my life and I've never heard anyone tell me it's going to take 2 months to figure out the billing. I had my second cleaning which is 6 months later they still can't figure out Standard Insurance to see how much money it would cost me to get a crown done. I've heard of fake it till you make it but this is ridiculous almost 8 months later I'm being told I need to call my previous dentist to figure out how can I work they did, that was the final straw I'm finding a new dentist.
The only good thing about this dental clinic is it accepts insurance assignment. My crown was poorly fit and poorly color matched. I will end up with decay because of it and will need a new crown. Plus, my front tooth was shaved for a plastic cover that fell off the next day. When redone it again fell off. The front tooth enamal was removed so now the tooth is discolored and chipped. I've never been to such a bad dentist. A free clinic dentist would have probably done a better job. If you care about the long term care and health of your teeth you will stay clear of this place. Reply to owner: Yes, I am quite sure Town Dental is the correct place and location I went to! I saw Dr Martin. I assure you no tap tap tap method was used for my ill-fitting crown! No warning of removing the enamel from my front tooth was discussed. The most shoddy dental work I've ever experienced was from Dr Martin, at your dental clinic "office"! It will cost me at least $2000 to have damage that was done there fixed. Suing for shoddy work would probably be a better alternative, but first off, forewarning others is my duty as a decent human
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Receptionist was absoultey rude and un professional when asking to seek an appoitment. She rolled her eyes when being caught and called out on such behavior she then proceded to go speak to another collegue and maybe she thought she was whispering but far from it. Then another lady receptionist came over and was yelling my personal info across waiting room instead of asking me to come back to counter... so um HIPPA violatoion at its finest. When I walked back to counter becuase I didn't want my personal information spread across the waiting room the other lady continued to have attitude problems as well. This is 10000% not how you treat patients. Definatley how you loose patients. Extremely unprofessional and if they didn't want to be bothered to do there jobs, maybe it is time to hire some new employees. Me and my family will never be returning.
