"I cannot say enough good things about the nursing staff at La Casa de Salud on Clay Avenue. From the moment you walk back, they make you feel incredibly comfortable, welcome, and heard. They are so patient, compassionate, and take the time to listen to your concerns without making you feel rushed. The clinic's recent renovations look beautiful, but it’s truly the wonderful, caring nurses who make this facility a vital part of our community. Thank you for always providing such amazing care!" Option 2: Professional and efficient (Best for highlighting top-tier medical care) "The nurses at this facility are absolute professionals. They are highly skilled, incredibly organized, and exceptionally attentive to patient needs. Even when the clinic is busy, the nursing team handles everything with a friendly attitude and a high level of efficiency. They ensure all your questions are answered clearly and make the entire check-up process seamless. Highly recommend this location for the stellar care the nursing staff provides!"

Dentistry smells like fresh linen and florals when you get to the examination rooms. Love how clean it is! Morning appointments are least the best. Empty waiting area and no wait time. Despite how it looks on the outside instead clean. And the short lil lady who assisted the examination is nice. Will be coming again.

My mother was recently seen at the urgent care, and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness and compassion shown by the young receptionist, I believe her name was Diana. She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my mother, who is an elderly. Her kindness, patience, and care meant so much to me during a difficult time. Anyone who treats others with that level of compassion has my utmost respect and gratitude. I truly appreciate the service that Union provided, and I’m especially thankful for the exceptional care and support we received from the receptionist and staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with a receptionist named Adrian. I called to schedule appointments for patients after speaking with another staff member about the process. I had already successfully scheduled one appointment and submitted the referral afterward, so I was confused when I was told something different during a later call. When I tried to explain that I had spoken with someone else just minutes earlier and was following the instructions I had been given, I felt that Adrian spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. She put me on hold hung up on me I called from my cellphone they answered she realized it was me and hung up At one point, I felt I was being spoken to disrespectfully rather than receiving assistance. I understand that offices have policies and procedures, but I would have appreciated clear communication and professionalism. Consistency in information provided by staff would help avoid confusion for patients and those coordinating their care. Thanks to Linda she helped me complete these appointments for my patients I appreciate the professionalism

This is the worst hospital experience my wife and I have ever had if you’re not Spanish-speaking. We felt like we were treated as less than human. From what we saw, staff prioritized patients who spoke Spanish, and we were consistently helped last. When they finally called us, they talked to us like we were bothering them or they just wanted us to hurry up so they could get back to their own people. I don’t let racism drag me down to that level, but nobody should be made to feel this way when they need medical care. The only staff who treated us with basic respect were the non-Spanish-speaking employees. Zero stars if I could.
