Raine is my physical therapist and she is wonderful and my number 1 PT. I have been coming here for my knee pain and I’m glad I stayed here with her. The exercises, stretching and care is truly amazing. Everything is perfect! Highly recommended
Physical Therapy- Raine is an excellent and professional therapist. Also her therapist assistants Aquila and Jose are very professional as well. When I started taking therapy with her every appointment that I had I was getting better and less pain. I recommend Raine 100%. She is the best therapist.
5 stars to the Doctors, but that old lady in the front desk on the 2nd floor pediatric, always has an attitude, one of the nurses with braces. They they are rude and lack of professionalism.
Ive been going to this doctors office majority of my life and i enjoy it but i recently just tried to reschedule an appointment and the STUPID ai made it extremely difficult to do so. Instead of wasting water maybe put an option to reschedule or cancel into athena.
Great doctors, however the call system here is terrible. I keep calling just trying to obtain my own records, I keep getting transferred and I’m either transferred to a voice mail or I’m transferred to the beginning Auto message about choosing English or Spanish. What is going on? I work at a clinic so I know how bad it gets but at least provide another option like an email where people can request their own results! It’s literally impossible if you can’t come in because you work or other purposes.
