Following graduation, he completed a one-year General Dentistry Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Montrose, New York. Recognizing the importance of advanced training in restorative and implant dentistry, Dr. Berkowitz pursued specialized education in Prosthodontics at the prestigious Prosthodontic Residency Program at The University of Michigan/Detroit Veterans Administration, where he trained for an additional three years. During his final year at the Veterans Administration, he served as Chief Resident in Prosthodontics and worked as an instructor at The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. The practice is also staffed by Dr. Steven Berkowitz, a caring and compassionate dentist who graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and obtained his dental degree from Georgetown University. Dr. Steven Berkowitz completed his residency in general practice at Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Ohio and has continuously updated his academic and clinical skills through advanced dental education courses throughout his career.
