100% recommend, Above and beyond service ‼️ my 6 yr old needed an air cast for her wrist, after having her hard cast removed. Her Ortho referred us to fonte but they didn't have any, called around and were told we would have to go back to her Ortho for another referral, of course they said they couldn't get her back in today. Called at least a dozen other places and they either couldn't or wouldn't help without the referral. We went to upstate and they were closed, but as we were leaving a young lady was coming to the door and asked what we needed. After explaining the situation, she said that the doctor was out of town and she was still training and didn't know how to fit them yet. Then this lovely person invited us in and called the doctor, I didn't catch his name but this gentleman said he would gladly walk her through the process to get her taken care of. She did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for them both. I commend them on their wonderful service because people just don't do this anymore . Your service and character speak volumes, and you have gained a lifetime customer. P.S. Dear Doctor, she's a keeper, give her a raise! And pat yourself on the back. You are appreciated sir!

The worst customer service experience that I've ever had. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very rude people work there.
