Ricardo Veloz is a horrible dentist. My boyfriend went to him with no inflection and no pain and he said he needed a root canal. My boyfriend followed his suggestion and he proceeded with the root canal treatment. On one of the appointments without his consent he shaved my boyfriend‘s tooth for a crown. My boyfriend has severe gum recession on this tooth and because of him doing this he now can’t get the gum graft treatment he needs and has now more complications. Also, he didn’t perform all the necessary test to determine if a root canal was really necessary. With the knowledge we now know the root canal was not even necessary. For almost two months he been on pain after the root canal and had to see a specialist. The specialist said the root canal was done improperly and it needs to be retreated. He does unnecessary extra procedures to simply bill the insurance and cause more complications. Please stay far away from this horrible dentist.
