This was a better experience than any dentist office I ever went to. There was almost no weight, they didn’t try to sell me on Services that I did not need. For things that I did need The prices were way more reasonable than a dentist office. If I had to make one little negative comment, I would say they should volunteer the information on how to obtain whitening products without a customer inquiring about it.

While I was skeptical of the care I would receive, I was pleasantly surprised by the Wally technicians and overall oral exam I received. The cleaning was gentle & stress free. Planning on recommending their services to my friends and family.

That place is extremely unprofessional in terms of keeping appointments. They keep canceling appointments without notifying. I paid $520 for deep cleaning due a bacterial infection and I’m still ongoing treatment. Plus, they still need to mail my whitening kit. Another thing, my X-ray I can’t find on my account. Also, there is no phone number to call. Horrible, horrible and horrible. I’ll keep posting all over the internet to aware people of that Wally company which I checked under the bureau accredited business and they’re not verified.

I was charged twice for signing up and I can't cancel there service because they don't have a phone contact number! This place sucks I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau! Customers don't want to deal with your Ai crap when they are being charged twice!!! Be transparent and put a cancellation link on your website instead of roadblocks.

great tech, nice professionals, but their space is dirty, the wall dividers are cheap. worse of but there is never an option to speak to a human, their system messes up appointment confirmations and there's nothing that can be done
