About
Nestled in the vibrant NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan at 249 Church Street, Wally Health emerges as a transformative force in primary and preventive care, redefining the patient experience through a harmonious blend of clinical excellence, cutting-edge technology, and unparalleled accessibility. Founded on the principle that exceptional healthcare should be intuitive, transparent, and deeply human, Wally Health has rapidly established itself as a sanctuary for those seeking a more thoughtful and proactive approach to their well-being. The practice was born from a recognition of the growing frustrations with traditional healthcare models—opaque pricing, impersonal interactions, and systemic inefficiencies. In response, Wally Health built a patient-centric ecosystem from the ground up, designed to empower individuals to take charge of their health journey in a supportive, modern environment.
At its core, Wally Health's mission is to make high-quality healthcare radically accessible and predictable. This is not merely a clinic; it is a membership-based medical home that prioritizes long-term relationships over transactional visits. The practice is built on a foundation of trust and transparency, eliminating the guesswork from healthcare by offering straightforward, all-inclusive membership pricing. This model allows providers to spend meaningful, unrushed time with patients—typically 30 to 60 minutes per appointment—fostering a depth of understanding that is rare in conventional settings. The team, comprised of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and health coaches, operates with a philosophy of collaborative care, where patients are treated as informed partners in every decision.
Wally Health's expertise spans comprehensive primary care, with a pronounced emphasis on preventive medicine, metabolic health, weight management, and mental well-being. What truly sets the practice apart is its seamless integration of technology into the care continuum. Members benefit from a sophisticated digital platform that facilitates easy scheduling, secure messaging with their care team, and access to a rich library of health resources. This tech-forward approach extends to their use of advanced diagnostic tools and data-driven health assessments to create highly personalized care plans. Furthermore, Wally Health distinguishes itself through its exceptional accessibility, offering same-day or next-day appointments, extended hours, and a direct line to clinicians, effectively dismantling the typical barriers to timely care.
The unique value proposition of Wally Health lies in its synthesis of the best elements of concierge medicine—deep clinician relationships and ample time—with the transparency and tech-enabled convenience demanded by today's consumers, all at a more accessible price point. The physical space itself reflects this ethos, designed to feel more like a serene, welcoming lounge than a sterile clinical office, reducing anxiety and promoting comfort. By decoupling from traditional insurance billing for its core membership, Wally Health aligns its incentives purely with patient outcomes, not procedural volume. This business model allows them to focus on what truly matters: prevention, education, and sustainable health optimization. In a crowded New York healthcare landscape, Wally Health stands apart as a beacon of innovation, humanity, and clarity, offering a refreshing and effective path to lifelong wellness for its members.

Customer Reviews
I’ve been to one appointment so far. The office is very clean, with modern equipment, and the team is extremely kind and thorough in their explanations.
I came in with a gum issue — they took X-rays, identified the problem right away, explained the treatment plan, and provided a clear cost estimate of $300. I honestly expected to spend around $3,000 elsewhere.
I’m scheduled to come back for my next appointment in a week and feel very confident moving forward.
Signed up for Wally this year and think I made a great move. Price was affordable, services provided are really good and the experience was phenomenal. Bookings are easy and the staff is top notch. Highly recommend if you don’t have a dental plan and/or you have not visited a dentist in some time.
Wally is an incredibly convenient dental practice that I am truly grateful for. The location is ideal, making it easy for me to visit without any hassle. What truly impressed me was Sabina’s exceptional attention to detail and her thorough explanation of everything I would experience during my first cleaning. Her dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and informed was remarkable. I am also delighted with the entire staff, who are all friendly and welcoming. Overall, my experience at Wally has been nothing short of outstanding, and I am thankful for the exceptional care and service I have received.
First time EVER having my teeth cleaning without using any numbing! It didn't hurt not one bit. My tech was beyond patient with me very friendly and quite knowledgeable. I felt I was in safe hands. Highly recommend!
Had my first appt yesterday and not impressed. I was the first person in the waiting room for the first appt and the last person to be seen. The person who took the X-rays didn't appear to be a hygienist. The hygenist tried to talk me into scaling even after I made it clear I wasn't interested she kept insisting. Then states out loud that she wouldn't be removing plaque unless I paid for the extra service. I know that the small amount of tarter I have is from not having my teeth cleaned recently and should have been taken care of by a normal cleaning but I did not feel comfortable that I got a good cleaning. There was no dentist on site and the "report" I got was just a number. The app is absolutely terrible. Whitening wasn't mentioned and there is nothing on the app indicating I can request it. I'm going to be making as many appts as possible to get my money's worth but definitely not signing up again. I didn't even have very high expectations and I'm still disappointed. Not sure why it thought it wouldn't be a scam. This is NYC. Like others mentioned it was freezing inside and having your teeth cleaned with freezing cold water might be worse than the pick.
