Kayla was great! My nails were in shambles due to another nail salon in the area. Even caused a vertical split in the nail but Kayla was able to take care of me and get my nails in good shape again. She was very delicate, detailed and fast. Overall a great experience, will come back!

I had an incredible experience here for my first time! I had a soak off and gel manicure, and they were sanitary and very careful every step of the way. They ripped open a new set (of clippers, pliers, tweezers, etc.) for each client, which stood out to me and I appreciated for the extreme cleanliness. They were gentle with my soak off, and made sure not to damage my natural nails. I had the pleasure of having Pauline (the manager) do my nail design after the soak off, and she was attentive and helped me get the style of design that I want without going over my budget! At every step, if I had a question she helped me understand. My pointer nails were shorter since my last set had snapped off, but the rest of my nails were very long. I was intending to pay for Gel extension for all ten fingers, but Pauline suggested I only get Gel X for my pointer fingers and regular gel manicure for the rest (to save money). She didn’t have to tell me that since it would be less money for the salon, but she had the kindness to suggest that to me! And she did an incredible job with my vacation nails from the photo I gave her. If I could give more than five stars I would

Best nail salon in Astoria! They are meticulous and make sure you walk out with perfect nails every time. Update- still the best nail salon in Astoria and truly so compassionate. I had made a last minute gel mani and pedi appointment for my aunt who is not always the easiest. They were able to accommodate her special request and did an amazing job with her. My aunt can’t stop raving about how perfect her nails are and what a precise job they did shaping her nails. We love you WellShow!

This place is set up cute, but I do think it’s pricey for what you get compared to other nail salons. Pedicure chairs are hard and uncomfortable, no massage chair. All three times I’ve came, the little nail tools get so hot they burn me, I feel like you should know that those tools get hot as a manicurist job. I asked for matching, they do toes first, hands second, and my nails didn’t even match my toes when they said matching. Tried to give them chances but unfortunately will not be going back.

As someone who has been coming to this location for the past year regularly, I will not be returning anymore. Just to preface, I always get gel manicures and I always always tip the technicians that work with me at the end with either $15 cash or $20 cash. That’s pretty generous for just a gel manicure considering it’s what, $40 or $45. However today I decided to go in for a regular manicure because gel has been taxing on my nails. What really threw me off was this one guy who works at the reception. First instance, asking me to pay right away before polish even hit my nails? That’s fine, I can understand but then why was everyone else able to pay once their services were finished? Second, as I stated I always tip cash. He looked at my receipt to see if I wrote down a digital tip and walked away. Then proceeded to come back to my technician in front of me 5 minutes later and asked her in mandarin if I tipped her, not only did he ask her once but he asked twice. By the way, like I said, he asked her in MANDARIN which I am fluent in. I guess he didn’t realize! Lastly, rushing me out when my polish wasn’t fully dry was also pretty rude. I still ended up tipping Kiki my $20 because she herself, was nice to me. But I am extremely dissatisfied with the male receptionist. That’s incredibly unprofessional and if you wanted to know if I was going to tip then maybe ask the technician once I leave or ask me straight up, not in a language that you thought I wasn’t fluent in sir. Here are pictures of the nails that were smudged since he rushed the drying process too.
