West Side Gentle Dental PC

I have been a patient of Dr. Mohl for over 15 years and I would never go anywhere else! He is always so pleasant and welcoming. The receptionist is always professional and handles my calls in a timely matter. After having a great experience myself, I decided to bring my three children to this office since the age of 2yrs old. My kids never cried and always left happy. Dr. Mohl is gentle and takes his time to make sure we all, especially the kids, are comfortable. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist as a kid and am glad Dr. Mohl gave a completely different experience to my children! The office is always clean and you never have to wait long for your appointment. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Mohl is great with children and adults alike. My four children see him and no longer dread going to the dentist! He is patient with younger kids and explains everything clearly to the older kids. Modern office and lovely office staff as well. My teen just started Invisalign and we are very excited about how smoothly the process is going. Can't wait to see the great results!

Gentle Dental is not just a name. Dr. Mohl's technique is so skilled and gentle that what usually can be a fearsome trip the dentist is actually pleasant. Dr. Mohl and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The fees are reasonable also. The Upper West Side location is very convenient, and they are always on schedule, so the wait time is minimal. 4 stars out of 4!

Dr. Mohl has performed lots of dental work for me and the outcome has always been great. I have had multiple cavities filled and a cap redone (previously done elsewhere). I trust him and feel very comfortable at his office. I never feel rushed and he's always on time. I especially appreciate the friendliness and competency of his employees (desk and assistants). His new xray equipment is especially nice since it uploads to the computer so the results are almost immediate (most places you have to wait for films to develop) and detects cavities before they get larger because of the detail provided on the xrays. We moved apartments and still continue to travel for Dr. Mohl.

I had pain in my teeth and found West Side gentle dental and got an appointment . On a good note i had the lovely pleasure of meeting the very kind and helpful receptionist (Michelle) and dental assistant(Iyana). On a Bad note , I have been to many dentists world wide and have never come across a dentist that has hurt me like Dr.Dashiff that was standing in. I went from tooth pain to immense pain in my gums. To my shock i saw how much damage was done to my gums where the work was done the following morning. The best irony in “Gentle dental” . I feel this should be addressed for future patients going forward so that West Side Gentle Dental do not loose patients. Also timing played a big part where the receptionist had to intervene in an ongoing “tea party” for me who was waiting beyond my appointed time.
