Westchester Square Family Dental.

I have been going here for a few years with my wife and have never really had any issues. Sometimes, you have to wait longer times than others, but that is just life. We do our dental cleaning and check-up every 6 months. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk, the staff who helps prep, and especially the doctor. I know I know I have to floss more and do better lol

Made an appointment due to having pain waited 2 hours to be seen to then wait 30 mins to get an xray the tech was rude.The doctor was careless about my pain and told me nothing was wrong because the X-rays were normal. The doctor there lack care for patients which explains why there is low reviews. It’s health care professionals like this that leads people away from getting the help they need. This place should be shut down.

Please listen carefully, especially if you're trying to save yourself some frustration...first off the young ladies that work in the front are very polite, and I'm sure that they double, triple and even quadruple book people at the docters request. First time there they set me up for a 10 am appointment, they open at 9:30, and I got there about 9:55 and there were about 3 people ahead of me and the doctor wasn't even there..I went for a check up, the docter decides to give me a deep cleaning, but only did the top teeth and scheduled another appointment for me to go back and do the bottom..sounds kind of shady..why couldn't he just do the bottom as well in the same visit..now ok, I made the 2nd appointment and again I was triple booked and again the docter wasn't even there. I decided to leave and do a little shopping while I wait for them to call me back when there ready..needless to say I went home anyway and they called me an hour later..I was supposed to get my bottom teeth cleaned and have a crown put on that was approved by my insurance, I went and again had to wait, they were taking people that came after me..save yourself the headaches and go someplace else, they have no respect for your time..whatever good reviews you do see about this docter, must be a friend of the employees or the docter himself, don't be fooled..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..GO AT YOUR OWN RISK..

The dentist and staff are unprofessional, the dentist is always late. Always rushing from one patient to the other. I would suggest to book your visit elsewhere.

I stopped coming here due to the long wait. Made an appointment today And of course, yet again, they disappointed Long wait had a 1030 appointment yet I’m still waiting to be seen so I walked out. Tried to call to tell to cancel my appointment. No one‘s picking up the phone. They’re not busy yet. Their voicemail box is full. Called several times went straight to voicemail and when I finally got someone to pick up, they hung up the phone. I’d rather be in pain than sit in an office and wait for hours and be treated like I’m invisible
