I'm in immense pain as I need a root canal..went to western dental.they did the xray of my tooth and told me they will send a pre approval to sagicor to cover costs n I gotta wait for the response that takes 3 to 5 days before they can proceed with proceedure..after 8 days had passed I called and enquired about the response . They asked me if someone told me they would send a pre approval I said yes. After some silence i asked if they actually sent it I was assured they did so I sat and waited another 8 days making it 16 in total before contacting sagicor directly to find out what the hold up is..turns out they never sent the approval and straight up lied to me and had me sitting IN PAIN waiting on approval they never sent off..convo with sagicor below
Yeah changed my mind because not even a year after and the filing came out and it's hard to eat on that tooth now I had come back and comment on this again because the filling that they did in my mouth is now a complete nightmare smh im basically on antibiotics to have the tooth removed that's how bad it is and it's so badly infected that it's been weeks since I've taking antibiotics because these people did such a bad job unbelievable if I could give this place 0 stars I would smh.
