Western New York Dental Group – Henrietta: Southtown Plaza

I have to give 5 stars to the staff at the Henrietta, NY (Southtown) location! The front desk is so pleasant which is huge when you are coming in anxious. I have had dental work my whole life so I should be used to it but instead I have more anxiety now. Dr. Elizabeth Wierchowski was amazing! Compassionate, patient and listened to my concerns. She is probably the best dentist I have ever had! Her kindness and attitude with me made all the difference in my experience and I thank her very much! Plus, Mary her assistant was just the same so between them all I left extremely happy!

I had previously been to a different WNY Dental location and they were horrid to my filling and putting the Novocaine in, but this location was INCREDIBLE! From the moment I walked in, the secretaries were helpful and friendly, the dental assistant was lovely and very gentle with me, and Dr. Elizabeth was perhaps the best dentist I have ever experienced. She was well informed on her practice, efficient and quick, and was great at communicating what needed to be done and why. Her Novocaine insertion was the easiest process and I told her "it feels like angels in my mouth" because of how well she did it with little to no pain! I highly recommend this location if you're not sure which dental group to go to. I'll be coming back again, that's for sure!

I have been coming here for years and always have a good experience. My wife and I tried a new place (for insurance reasons) and we were taken back by the lack of consideration of the dental staff and the receptionists. But at WNY Dental Group, they are always welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. The receptionist/secretary even took the time to call my insurance discount plan to make sure they would cover it and reimbursed $19 to my card. The doctor always makes sure the patient feels comfortable and doesn't jab you 10 times with the needle to numb your mouth like that other place I went to! Rather, she slowly pushes it in and releases it so that you only feel a little pinch. I always have a great and comfortable experience here!

I have a ton of "dentist anxiety" from previous bad experiences, but I finally needed a visit to a dentist and this specific office was recommended to me. They are EXCELLENT with people who have anxiety about going to a dentist. Wonderful bedside manner, explains everything, tries to make it as painless as possible. I needed my first root canal and it was still the best experience I've ever had with a dentist by far.

it is always great attending the office. Everyone is nice and are willing to help out and explain the needed treatments. Ryan who did my cleaning is always excellent and helpful :) Also my dentist DR. Vega is super patient, attentive and excellent :)
