Saying Dr Chan is an amazing dentist would be an understatement. I've been through many dentists in my life and with all my circumstances, Dr Chan was the only one to never judge me and did everything he could to help me. He never looked at what I did or what i did wrong or what I could do better but instead helped me to get better no matter the damage I did to myself. His staff is amazing and I am always able to get an appointment and always get seen and not have to wait hours just to be seen. His calm demeanor and easy vibes make it very easy to sit in the chair for any procedure being done. Best best best best there is.

5/5 stars for having one of the best dentists and dental hygienists in NYC. Nobody ever asks me to open my mouth wider and that just makes for a better experience. Every single dentist before this office has always asked me to repeatedly open my mouth wider. Took off one star because it can be SO hard to make an appointment and it can be a LONG wait until you get seen, even if you made an appointment. Mixed feelings about the long wait time because I once had an emergency procedure done on the spot. I believe the staff gives their full attention to every patient.

made an appointment about 2 months ago and confirmed that they accepted my insurance. got a call literally a week before my appointment and turns out they are not accepting new patients under my insurance. basically wasted my time in finding a proper dental provider.
