You Dental

I was always someone who was anxious to go to the dentist but You dental is the best. All of the staff from the admin to the hygienists are all so great. Family oriented too. Highly recommend.

I would like to share my experiences with You Dental. Dr. You is very timely, knowledgeable, and always explains treatment options with cost-effective solutions. Everyone in the office were very friendly (especially Lacey), the dental equipment is very modern with 3D imaging, and the environment was very clean. Dr. Jia is an incredible dentist. I was having some pain in one of my teeth and she got me right in to take an X-ray, evaluate the tooth and discuss a plan of action. The office is beautiful and Dr. Jia and her entire staff are top notch! Thank you!!!

They did help me out with an emergency so I am adding a star for that. But the continual conversation about how I couldn't afford the dental plan that was purposed was insulting and condescending. I also think the dental assistant is super passive aggressive and one of those people that doesn't think before she speaks. My child had to come with me to two prior appointments and she referred to my child as 'velcro'. Then seemed to have a problem with my asking about costs before procedures. I'm not sure who doesn't do that??? But they treated me like 'if you have to ask, you can't afford it'. While I do appreciate the emergency help when needed, I did not have a good experience here.
