Dr. Eric Lin and his exceptional team exemplify both clinical excellence and heartfelt empathy. Kay, the doctor’s assistant, was attentive and reassuring, while LaDonnias, the coordinator, greeted us with a radiant smile that immediately put us at ease. They made us feel confident that my husband was in the best possible hands.
What we initially thought was a simple cavity turned out to be an infection, and Dr. Lin addressed it promptly and skillfully the very same day. The team’s seamless collaboration and attentiveness made us feel truly valued—not just like patients, but like individuals deserving of thoughtful care.
It’s rare to describe a dental visit as wonderful, but this experience genuinely was.
I absolutely love this dental office. The receptionists, the male dental hygienist, and Dr. Wang are all amazing. I am someone who hates the dentist but they make me so comfortable and everyone is pleasant. Additionally, my teeth look great thanks to them.
The family likes the dentist! You have to ask the person telling you about the bill/costs to tell you the total cost of the entire treatment plan. Twice now they have told us the cost of partial service then later told us additional costs.
First visit was great. Paid to get laminates. Left with one unpolished because other patients was waiting and the office was under staffed. Was told it will get polished on the next visit. Ok??? Really? Shouldnt i gotten the job completed that same day? Months later i return for scheduled clean up which i got rescheduled for but was able to see the dentist. I reminded her about the polish. Again. I get my tooth polished to only leave a dent. The dentist again seemed to be on a rush before i knew it she had left the room. When i bought up the dent i was told it will get fixed on my next appointment. Why couldnt it get done right while i was already there? I paid 250.00 for it. I get to the front desk to pay for the same laminate service on a different tooth. Reception states the cost will be 300.00. How is the same procedure 50.00 more now? Im really disappointed. I didnt expect this type of service the second time around. Now im stressed about returning for my next appointment in fear of receiving another half job.
I chose this dental office almost a year ago because it was one of the few places that accepted my insurance, and its positive reviews gave me confidence in scheduling my first appointment. My initial visit was a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming, the process was efficient, and the appointment included X-rays, a thorough cleaning, and an examination by the dentist, who confirmed that everything looked healthy. I left feeling reassured and was scheduled to return in six months.
Unfortunately, my follow-up visit was significantly different. During this appointment, a hygienist conducted both the examination and cleaning. Before the procedure began, I clearly communicated that my teeth and gums are very sensitive and asked that extra care be taken. Despite this, the cleaning felt overly aggressive and caused discomfort, including gum bleeding that persisted afterward. My mouth remained sore for several days.
I also raised concerns about my oral health during the visit and while I understand that diagnoses can change, the experience felt rushed, and I did not receive the same level of attentiveness or reassurance as I had during my first visit. The dentist’s involvement was minimal, limited to a brief check at the end.
Based on this experience, I would encourage others to ensure that their care includes sufficient time with the dentist, particularly if they have specific sensitivities or concerns. While my first visit was positive, the inconsistency in care during my second appointment has made me reconsider returning.
