Facility is not clean, the garbage cans had nasty stains on them. the dental assistant is new and has no idea what she’s doing. The dentist went to the front desk and asked the receptionist what insurance does a patient have, they replied “Healthfirst” and the dentist said “No, really”. Went in for a tooth extraction for intense tooth pain, they did an x ray, did a tooth cleaning and then said after that they would not remove the tooth. He made the pain 100% worse by picking at it, so bad that I could not sleep that night. If he would’ve said that he wouldn’t remove the tooth, I would have declined the cleaning and just left. A lot of time was wasted. It seems as though this facility does not get patients and I see why.
