Customer Reviews
I saw Dr. Gordon and Maria for the first time last week. I was quite nervous to go in because it’s taken me about 3 years to be able to find a place I am comfortable with since I had a change of insurance. Well after many failed attempts I found Prospect Dental. Dr. Gordon and Maria made me feel very comfortable and came up with a plan since i need some dental work done. Maria was super gentle and efficient during my cleaning. She’s also very knowledgeable. I felt very cared for at Prospect Dental and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, caring, honest dental group! Thank you everyone at Prospect Dental for providing such great service and comfort!
Great overall experience, very professional and welcoming staff.
Maria the hygienist was amazing. She was very gentle and made sure I felt comfortable. I was very pleased with her work. Bradley, the assistant, helped me relax and prepare for the procedure. If you ever are worried about visiting a dentist office, then you need Bradley there and you will be all set.
Someone definitely should give them a raise.
The girls at the desk were dolls. The place was clean. My hygienist Carol was gentle and thorough. And Dr. Washington you rock. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I also love that the dentist was honest and there isn’t any unnecessary dental work to make money. I booked my 6 month appointment!
If anyone has seen Little Shop of Horrors movie where Steve Matin playing a happy Sadist Dentist and is going room to room just removing teeth, this was my experience. i came in with a. toothache appt and as i lay there and told them of my history with impacted teeth, 2 rows of teeth growing side by side , dentist was moving from room to room and all i heard was pain. then he rushed through asking me whicj=h one he thinks i should remove i said i don't know your the dentist. so, his solution for ef=veryhting that day was just take them out. he took out the wrong tooth they stuff my face with gauze and i was still bleeding out they gave me more gause a printout of the dangers and sent me out the door. never discussing how to deel with recovery and i look at and feel the area and all i see is the decaying tooth that needed to come out not the healthy one next to it he rushed through. I don't know who these people are here saying all these positive comments but if they all work in the same place, then that one deranged dentist has hexed that place for me.
Maria did my cleaning and she was super sweet and definitely gentle and makes sure you are comfortable. Definitely recommend this dental office!
Originally i had a great experience. I wont blame the hygienist as she was extremely nice and gentle but thorough. When I had that appointment was assured that my next appointment I could get 3 cavities filled during 1 visit. Well after them rescheduling me due to their own issues, I called on my way as i was running 2 mins late and asked if id still be able to make my appointment in which the receptionist said no problem.... 45 minutes later when i arrived at my appointment I was told no you need to reschedule... I said yea that's why I called first... But they're so unhelpful they just look at you like a deer in headlights. They are so rude and unhelpful. I was also told that I would need 3 separate appointments now because "we cant numb all at once" and also i was apparently supposed to call my insurance to ask what type of fillings i am authorized for... and since I didn't (because how am I supposed to know that) I need to pay out of pocket for the more expensive fillings... Yea ok. Truly hope no one wastes their time or money here. I have complained to my insurance company as well because they are very clearly trying to get as much money as possible without actually helping anyone.
