I’ve brought 2 of my kids here before but I brought 1 more today because he was experiencing a dental emergency. I was able to get an appointment and treatment done in the same day despite my son being a new patient. Every time we come it is always nice because everyone is so polite and explain everything before doing anything. They are great with children and I have never had any issues for any of our visits. I highly recommend this dentist and they’re VERY clean!
My experience at Fresh Dental Care Bellaire was truly amazing. I came in with excruciating pain, but from the very first moment at the front desk, I was met with compassion and kindness. That alone eased my discomfort significantly.
I was scheduled for an extraction the same day because of how severe the pain was, and the doctor was absolutely excellent skilled, gentle, and reassuring. They truly know what they are doing.
The pricing was also very pocket-friendly, which was a huge relief. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would recommend them a hundred times over.

Everything went great. I called to make an appointment due to tooth pain and they scheduled me in for the same day. Receptionists were attentive and polite so was everyone else that helped me. The only thing would be that I had to wait like 40/50 to be seen but other than that everything went great. And I ended up getting my teeth cleaned as well. Will be going back for my 6month cleaning
If I could leave zero stars I would! I brought my daughter in on my only off day let’s start there! Got there at 10:35 am for a 11am appointment!!!!! We weren’t called to the back until well after 11. Almost 12! They come in do a three second cleaning leave our we are waiting again over 30 minutes! The dentist finally comes in check her and said we need fillings, would we like them today? We say yes! We are left again! Waiting again , then some guys cones in and says your done!!!! See you in six months! Done???? What about her fillings what about her ortho plan for her ? So he leaves out comes back and said ok give us a moment but ur gonna have to go next door to the other location…. Then leave gone back again and said we book can’t do it today ….. so i waisted all this time for absolutely nothing! Since 10:35 this morning and it’s 1:06 pm while im writing this my time was absolutely wasted and this is absolutely ridiculous! I never want to return again just based on like of customer service and communication!!!!
Lovely facility with an healthy and busy flow of patients. Average wait time is an hour on most days. If you’re with little kids be prepared with activities to keep them entertained. Staff has fairly professional disposition with a few like the treatment coordinator with a nonchalant attitude. Their process could cut out a tremendous amount of motion waste. Just an opinion gathered for about 4 years and finally took the time to write an honest review.
