About
Nestled in the scenic Hudson Valley community of Germantown, New York, All Access Dental stands as a cornerstone of comprehensive oral health care, dedicated to serving the diverse needs of families and individuals throughout Columbia County and the surrounding regions. Founded on the principle that exceptional dental care should be both accessible and personalized, this practice has cultivated a reputation for blending advanced clinical expertise with a warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. From its location at 71 Palatine Park Rd, the practice extends a welcoming environment where dental anxiety is alleviated, and lasting patient relationships are built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and clinical excellence.
The philosophy of All Access Dental is rooted in a simple yet powerful mission: to provide high-quality, full-spectrum dental services in a manner that is inclusive, comfortable, and tailored to each patient's unique life circumstances and health goals. Understanding that barriers to dental care often extend beyond financial considerations to include time constraints, dental fears, and complex health histories, the practice has strategically designed its operations to be truly 'all access.' This encompasses flexible scheduling, a comprehensive range of in-house services that minimize the need for external referrals, and a team that prioritizes patient education and collaborative decision-making. The practice views oral health not as an isolated system but as an integral component of overall systemic wellness, guiding treatment plans that consider the whole patient.
What distinctly sets All Access Dental apart is its commitment to merging the art of personalized care with the science of modern dentistry. The practice is led by skilled dental professionals who engage in continual education to stay at the forefront of dental technology and techniques. Investments in state-of-the-art digital equipment, including likely digital X-rays and intraoral scanners, allow for precise diagnostics, efficient procedures, and enhanced patient comfort. However, technology serves as a tool to augment, not replace, the human touch. The team is renowned for its empathetic chairside manner, taking ample time to listen to concerns, explain conditions and options in clear, jargon-free language, and create a no-pressure atmosphere where patients feel empowered about their care.
The practice's unique value proposition is its ability to function as a complete dental home for patients of all ages. Whether a patient requires routine preventive maintenance, urgent care for a dental emergency, or advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures, they can find a seamless continuum of care within the same trusted practice. This eliminates the fragmentation often experienced in dental care and ensures consistent, coordinated treatment under a familiar roof. Furthermore, the practice's commitment to accessibility is evident in its engagement with the local community, participating in health fairs and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness beyond its office walls.
In essence, All Access Dental is more than a dental office; it is a community-focused healthcare partner. Its history is one of growth fueled by patient loyalty and positive word-of-mouth, a testament to its successful model of care. The expertise of its clinical team, combined with a forward-thinking approach to service delivery and an unwavering focus on patient experience, positions All Access Dental as a leading choice for those seeking reliable, high-caliber dental care in the Germantown area. It is a practice where clinical precision meets genuine compassion, ensuring every visit contributes to a lifetime of healthy, confident smiles.

Customer Reviews
Had a good experience with Dr. Washington. Had a decayed Moral to the gums . Office was legit . Made sure that cardiologist took me office blood thinner prior to extraction. I truly thought tooth extraction would be hard due to how decayed it was, but was quick and pain free.. Plan to continue other dental work with their office ..
Bad practice. Make you wait a long time in the chair, dentist let me continue with two refills of antibiotics with a bad tooth infection from the work he had previously done. I had to go across the river to another dentist whom had to surgically remove that tooth due to badly infected. Dentist for some reason 1st had put a tiny white filling into a tooth that was not bothering me at all and there already was a filling in the tooth I had no complaints about this tooth nor any pain, but he decides to put that tiny white filling in it. Well what happened was this good tooth cracked all over I phoned them and told receptionist the tooth cracked all over and it’s his responsibility as it was his work so he sees me gives antibiotics so they ran out I called again it was starting to swel and smell instead of fixing his past work on it he orders another round of antibiotics! To him other patients were more important than help to fix this tooth I told him this was your work and it caused my tooth to crack but he did not care. So I called another dental group they immediately seen me and the dentist had to surgically remove the tooth.
I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I’m working on getting a crown put in that empty spot now.
I went to these guys in January of 2017 for an abscess tooth and I was in a lot of pain and they were my dentist. He gave me two options: one- I would have to go to my primary doctor and get an antibiotic for the abscess tooth then come back to see him... or two- he said he could pull it out right then and there and then the pain would be over... or so I thought. He gave me three vials of novacaine and he started working on my tooth and then all I felt was a lot of pain and he started yelling at me and told me to be quiet so I don’t scare the other patients. But what he did not realize or he just didn’t care to know that it is highly frowned upon to remove a tooth that has an infection in it. And for two weeks afterwards I was in a rediculous amount of pain and I couldn’t eat anything solid for those two weeks. I highly recommend that if anyone is deciding to go there ... try and find someone who has better bedside manners and who actually takes the time to get to know the patients pain level before doing anything serious.
This place needs to be shut down! I made three appointments and for two of them the office called me and said to reschedule because the doctor wasn't coming in for various lame excuses. Then the last one I drove 30 minutes to my appointment and filled out paperwork and the receptionist told me "sorry apparently the dentist isn't coming in" so I had to go home. So unprofessional. I immediately booked an appointment somewhere else. Do not go here! Very unreliable doctor who has no business running a practice.
I found this dentist office to be haphazard and I didn't feel as comfortable as one should in a dentist office. I am still having trouble with my fillings a month after, and the dentist did not take the time to diagnose the problem appropriately. They need to evaluate their business practices.
