Great experience here, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Guillen since I was 13 yrs old. He has gentle hands, is thorough and explains everything throughout the different procedures (cleaning, braces, root canals, ect) and uses the latest equipment to make sure you get the best care you can get. Great customer service and conveniently located by the subway and bus service. Love the customer service and the goodie bag is a nice touch, highly recommend!!

So sad to give them a one star as the doctor is amazing but … I called the office regarding issues with my insurance claim, as the payment has been delayed due to errors made on their end. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member who handles claims was unhelpful and unwilling to acknowledge the mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, she was rude and dismissive. When I asked for her name, she refused to identify herself and stated she did not feel like giving her name, which I found very unprofessional. During the conversation, she also hung up on me while I was still speaking. I do want to say that the doctor was excellent and provided a great cleaning experience. However, the front desk staff is the first point of contact for patients, and professionalism there is just as important. I hope the office addresses these customer service concerns, as it significantly impacts the overall experience.

Extremely rude, wait time is very long and it felt like I was at the vet because the Doctor was talking to me like if I were an animal. He treated me very unprofessionally! Like if it weren’t for me and other patients he wouldn’t have a job so he needs to stop acting the way he does. Never again am I going back and if anyone is reading this please find another place, it is not worth it. Other people I know have gone and they had the same experience :(

This clinic, if it can be called that they makes appointments for multiple people at the same time, they say whoever came first will be served first, regardless the appointment, therefore the wait it can take hours, as well once inside you could wait forever, as I did I even fell asleep because the so called dentist took forever to get to me, and the reason is because there is only one dentist for everyone, because of that they also fill inside each room with a patient, which I feel that the dentist to get to everyone does a rushed job. Therefore, DON'T GO, only for a cleaning is the only thing I can recommend.

This dentist uses old equipment. They should upgrade the facility. Not only that.... Wats the point of making a appointment? I had to wait 2 hours!!!! This might be the worst dentist experience ever in my lifetime.. And when I have questions he answers me in Spanish and the co-worker could not understand a little bit of English... So they had to bring in the receptionist to translate....
