Today was my first appointment with Dr Anderson and his team. I was not expecting to be there for almost 2 hours but I’m not at all upset about it. They were very thorough. I knew before the appointment that I was going to need surgery and I knew that I would have some out of pocket expense. Everyone was so nice. They took their time to explain everything and answer my questions. I’m not at all nervous to go back next month for my surgery. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I was scheduled for a gum graft and was worried that the procedure would have to be canceled due to an upcoming winter storm. Dr. Anderson called me personally the day before my appointment (it was a Sunday) to check in with me. When I told him I thought I could make it in, he said he would come in and that he would work to get an assistant in as well. Thanks to him, Michelle, and the staff who could make it in, I was able to get my gum grafts completed as scheduled. Dr. Anderson and Michelle were quick and efficient and had me out of there in no time! I was provided with detailed post-op instructions and Michelle called to follow-up the next day to make sure everything was ok. The staff at Cornerstone went above and beyond and I appreciate their excellent customer service!
I had two of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Anderson at the age of 37; less than two years before I had the previous two removed by another local oral surgeon.
I can say with 100% confidence that I wish I’d gone to cornerstone first. The procedure took about an hour, and the pain post surgery was less severe, and recovery time much faster than the previous extraction.
