My case was complex, with significant alignment issues, and the treatment took close to two years. From the very first visit through the final aligner, Dr. Falsafi and her team were patient, kind, and consistent. The staff is friendly, the office is welcoming, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Dr. Falsafi and her son do amazing work and both of our children’s teeth turned out beautifully. We are impressed with the quality of the technicians that work on them each time we visit. However, the overall office staff is a mess. From making and confirming appointments to handling insurance claims it has been an absolute nightmare. We had a change of insurance which we kept inquiring as to if everything had gone smoothly and were told that yes everything was done on our end and it just takes a while for insurance changes to become effective. Then we heard nothing for 10 months. As it got close to the time for our daughter’s braces to come off, we were then informed that there was a problem and the new insurance had not been paying and we were given an ultimatum that we had to fix things within a short time or we would end up paying the balance. It ended up delaying our daughter getting her braces off. In addition Messages are never returned in a timely manner. The phone is rarely answered. We have often left messages repeatedly both by phone and text and nobody has returned our call/ text. The overall running of the office leaves a lot to be desired. This is unfortunate because the quality of work that the Orthodontists do is exceptional. But I’m not sure we will be returning here for our third daughter.
