Won’t be going back and I was going to this office for almost 10 years. After Josh left I’ve been patiently waiting for years for the staff to be professional. During my last visit a new receptionist made me wait 5 minutes to check out because she was taking a personal phone call right in front of my face. And told me she didn’t care and that it was more important than checking me out. No one corrected her behavior. Must be why the phone line is always tied up. Before that the staff is always complaining and don’t know what they are doing. Years ago the dentist and a staff member started arguing in front of me and I said nothing. I appreciate how fast the dentist is but he needs better people representing his office.
This has to be the most unsatisfactory establishment I have ever encountered. The experience I underwent was extremely distressing. The dentist was administering a filling and the novocaine was ineffective the first time. As he was drilling, I experienced pain. Then he had to administer two additional shots.
The dentist was very rough and unprofessional . The dental assistant was rude.
I would never step foot in this place and it was horrible. Protect your teeth and don’t go here !!
They never answer the phone I have called thought 9 months no response. Go in person is the only way to get an appointment. If you have insurance go somewhere else. They are HORRIBLE
