Family And Cosmetic Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. Elkordy for over 15 yrs and she has been very good to me. My teeth have been giving me problems lately and I need some help; she did all what she could do and then send referred me out to a good dental surgeon. My main dentist services are with her; she makes sure I understand the problems that I have with my teeth. She treats me like family, I like that a lot about her, I don't like going to the dentist because I have a few issues going on, she makes it easier for me. Very inviting. The staff are good to me as well.

Been going here for 15 years. Dr. E and the entire staff is so sweet. Especially Dr. E, she is so nurturing and kind. She always explains every procedure. Throughout the entire procedure she's asking you if you're okay. She reminds me of my mother. I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you so much.. very blessed to have her as my dentist 😊 🙏

Should be no stars when I called made the appointment secretary said you been here before a loooong time ago, now I see why I probably left. My appointment was 2pm, after paperwork it's now 210 she brings me for xrays lasted 10 min or so, said dr would be in soon. I'm in room is 220 now 230 at 245 I left, what time am I getting a teeth cleaning. When I walk out the dr is in the room with another patient who arrived after me. If you don't mind spending an hour or more than this the place, I am more get in and get out.

All I can say is they suck there!! There’s so many reasons why I say this, I don’t have the energy or want to list them. I will say though, the dentist and whoever the girl with tattoos with her, they have personalities of rocks!!! Horrible!! I will be doing something about this! Even the receptionist was clueless! What my appt was actually for, didn’t happen!!

One of your employees, who is responsible for providing information or answering calls, is very rude and does not perform his duties properly. I called you yesterday to make appointment, she said “please hold” I was waiting for 20 minutes after that she cut the call. Then I called back so again she said”please hold”and after 20 minutes cut the call.then after tree times she didn’t pick up my calls. i was in a lot of pain from my teeth. So I respectfully request you to train this employee and give him a little training on how to treat someone.thank you
