I am very surprised at the negative reviews I am reading 📚 😳 I have been with her since 2018 I believe and she extracted my teeth, made my dentures and even recommended using the best material for the gum and it was the first time I have seen such flexible material and she made me so excited and couldn't wait to wear my dentures! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, oh my goodness, I couldn't believe her mannerisms were comforting, caring, and empathetic. I do agree with the aspect of calling the office and you dont get the secretary soon as you would like, but it happened to me but I just kept calling and would leave a message and they would call me bk. So, I dont understand how their level of service can be down graded in such a way that some patients are having those negative reviews and I am actually was calling the office now before I wrote my reviews but no one answered, and give them a minute and thought to read reviews and I was shocked bcuz this dentist and her staff are the nicest I've known.

The doctor literally told me to “keep up the good work” and “You have perfect oral hygiene.” She took no Time to see that I have two cavities and a chipped tooth, and am in pain. My cleaning took 30 seconds, and anytime I call to talk to someone, nobody answers, nor do they return my phone calls. Don’t waste your time going here. Also note- One of my cavities she actually “filled” once before. And since then it started to cause me pain. Making me wonder if I even had one at all, or if she just drilled a hole into my tooth just because.

I have several problems with their service. I wish I could give a review lower than one star. I was made to wait several minutes in the examination chair with a bib on when the dentist came in to see me much much later. The dentist did not discuss anything with me. Provided a treatment plan to her hygienists and then asked me to schedule appointments and left. I called them to share my X-rays with other dental offices and they did not respond to any single call. I also emailed them and they did not reply as well. I had to drive up to the office, when the receptionist emailed me my X-rays and my email address automatically popped up which implies that they did receive my email but chose to overlook it. Highly unprofessional. If you can manage, please take your business elsewhere. They do not care about you after your initial appointment. I am vexed at their lack of response.

Although not the actual patient, I indirectly had experience with this practice after helping my cousin who just moved to the area set up an appointment. Most of the local dentists that accepted his insurance had appointments months away so we chose this practice as it was the only one with the fastest availability. After visiting I can understand why. This practice is located in super old (possibly historic building) although the building is beautiful in its antique fashion; to get to the actual office inside the structure was like being in a live version of mouse trap. You had to go upstairs, then down stairs open this door to open that door. Thankfully I am not handicap, but if you are wheel chair bound I would definitely stay away from this place. Once we found the office we sat in a densely small waiting area where we were literally two feet away from the front desk/secretaries desk. While she was nice enough she was disorganized and off track. There was patient paperwork strewn across the desk that anyone could see, which could violate HIPAA. Although we were on time, the appointment began 20 minutes later than scheduled. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking perhaps other patients were tardy, or the dentist was just super thorough so appointment times were longer than to be expected. Finally were called and escorted down a cramp hallway to a small room, as soon as my cousin sat in the chair he had to promptly get back up because the tech didn't realize he needed x-rays. Xray's were completed and that "seemed" normal enough. Then we waited for the "dentist" to come in and do the examination and cleaning. What happened next was mind-blowing. I, having been the recipient of numerous dental examinations and cleanings, was baffled to witness the dentist simply walk in, literally poke around my cousin mouth, gently brush one side of his teeth and rush off. The total time was about three minutes. I thought to myself maybe she ran off to grab another instrument to complete the examination and begin the cleaning but I was literally shocked when I realized she wasn't coming back and the tech was ushering us out. I really wish I had spoken up because there was absolutely no service provided, it seemed like a hoax. All of my dental cleanings and examinations have always been around 30 minutes, never any less; and, I've spoken with others who have gone to various dentists and they say the same. So three minutes was wild! She literally DID NOTHING. And most likely billed the insurance and received payment not having to render any service. This is fraud! Needless to say as soon as we could we booked an appointment with another dentist. The scam of this business continues as the new dentist wanted the dental x-ray records and tried calling this practice to retrieve them numerous times over the course of a week. I myself along with my cousin tried calling as well and were completely miffed because the same number we were able to schedule the appointment with all of sudden always kept going to an answering machine and we could never get any one on the phone and the messages we left (6 in total) were never met with a returned phone call! Since I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone I decided to visit the office during their posted office hours and found the door to the office to be locked upon arrival. It was completely weird because I could see from the outside the lights were on. I even knocked and called the office from inside the building and no one answered. What also was weird is that I called the office standing outside the door right where that reception/secretary desk was presumably thinking it was that phone on that desk I was calling but couldn't hear ANY phone ring. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETE HOAX. STAY AWAY. To this day my cousin never was able to retrieve his x-rays and no phone calls were ever returned. BEWARE. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Terrible. Please save yourself from this nightmare. She treated my mother and extracted all of her teeth purely for money. I regret every day that we went to her. My mom is now living in misery because of dentures, even though her teeth could have been saved for many more years.
