Been my dentist for over 15 years now no complaints on the medical professionals have had a couple rude receptionist but... for me having the same dentist and hygienist is worth not getting bounced around for me anyway

I don’t know who is worse, the Dentist (Malik) or the front desk staff but everyone in there is so rude!! I have no clue if that behaviour is transferred from one person to the next but omg terrible attitudes all around!

I had toothache issues due to sensitivity and with may be fracture in one adjacent tooth. I had got a new crown stalled 2 months back in my home country after which the issue started. The Doctor 'Tariq Malik' was highly impatient listening about the issue with what happened in the past. I went there with lots of hope and thoughts in mind what I would tell him, but he literally said: ' I am not interested in listening to the story' and wanted specific answers to his questions. I was disappointed but still said OK. Initially he did not ask any questions and sent me straight to x-ray with a promise he will listen later. The x-ray of all the 30 teeth taking more than 30 mins were completely useless and waste of time when I had issue with just one tooth. That all because he did not have 2 mins to listen to the issue first. Anyways, he came back again, and I thought now I should be able to tell him about my experience so he can diagnose properly. But again he said - "I want answers to specific questions only". He asked questions like - which crown you had issues? , Did you go back to your dentist?, Do you feel pain in chewing? To which I said yes I do feel pain and then without listening further he concluded - oh thats because your tooth is hitting the cheek. Oh seriously, because I did not feel that way and it was indeed the issue for my sensitivity pain with cold water which he did not bother to listen or understand. He only listened when I protested a bit but later I lost hope on if he would be able to resolve it and returned back with the fear that I may loose another tooth and get grinded unnecessarily otherwise. In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A VERY MINUTE ISSUES OF CLEANING RELATED.

Never got seen by Dr Tariq both times I visited, it was always someone else. Had a deep cleaning done which they never got insurance pre-approval for, so I ended up with a large surprise bill for the whole service. The cleaning was only on 2 quarters which they didn't let me know beforehand and it was the worst pain I've felt. It was done soooo aggressively with no anesthesia(it was my first time so i didnt know anesthesia was needed and they assured me it was only slightly uncomfortable), I was in pain for a full week and could barely eat. Never ever will o have gone there if I saw these reviews.

by far the absolute WORST place ever . i scheduled an appointment 2 MONTHS AGO . my appointment was on november 26 , it’s november 22 . i get a call from the office TODAY informing me that they don’t take my insurance . i asked the receptionist when i called and she confirmed , i am just confused on how they can just hire ANYBODY . mind absolutely blown … DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
