I am ecstatic with my experience at Dr. Billingtons office. He explained everything thoroughly using a combination of photos, diagrams, and models. He attentively listened to my concerns and gave me a treatment plan specific to my needs. Dr. Billington and his entire staff were friendly and I can't thank them enough!

Dr. Billington is an extremely talented and empathetic TMJ doctor. At a time where most doctors and oral surgeons rip you off for TMJ treatment, his practice is very different. Even though they are out of network for my dental and medical insurance, they try to get as much of the treatment costs covered by the insurance. Jessica, who is at the front desk at Dr. Billington's practice is extremely efficient and gets all paperwork sorted for the patients in minutes. Highly recommended if you happen to be suffering from TMJ disorders/orofacial pain. I am glad that such good doctors survive in the area - more power to them!

Dr. Billington is AMAZING. Your first appointment isn't rushed. He takes the time to get acquainted with you. After the exam, he explains your specific issue, but makes sure you understand how the jaw works, using layman's terms, images and models. He also frequently checks in to see if you have questions. You walk out knowing a lot about the jaw and what he's specifically doing to try to treat it. The assistants/other staff are also awesome. At my first appointment, the receptionist, unprompted, specifically pointed out what each dollar amount was for and what it does, etc, so I understood the bill. 12/10 recommend.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Billington and it was hands down the best doctor appointment I have ever had. The exam was comprehensive and he thoroughly explained what he was doing and all of his findings. I felt like he and his staff truly cared and took the time to listen to my concerns. Everyone I met seemed to enjoy what they do and were warm and inviting. Somehow I left with a big smile on my face even after being told I have arthritis in my jaw! The medical field could use more providers like him and all of the lovely staff I got to meet today.

I visited this office hoping to get genuine medical help for severe, painful TMJ symptoms. Unfortunately, my experience felt much more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a medical consultation.I was charged $400 out-of-pocket for an initial office visit because they do not take insurance, I even cashed my insurance to see if there was anything I can do to help with the huge financial burden, I submitted the claim & was denied.. During this appointment, the doctor spent the vast majority of the time talking at me rather than listening to my symptoms & whenI was able to finally explain how painful and difficult this is to even go to work, It was minimized and dismissed.(I was given a prescription for anti-inflammatory medication) They only performed only a very brief physical examination if you can call it that, And before conducting any diagnostic imaging—such as X-rays—he immediately recommended a $2,500 custom retainer package, stating we could start taking X-rays (which would cost even more money out of pocket) and come up with a game plan at the next visit.Recommending a multi-thousand-dollar treatment plan prior to any diagnostic testing felt entirely backward and exploitative. I felt pressured, unheard, and financially taken advantage of when I was already in severe physical pain. I chose never to return. I am writing this to warn others to be cautious about the out-of-pocket fees and the immediate, expensive upsells at this practice during times of high costs for daily living. As a single parent the $400.00 appointment was already setting me back financially on top of not being able to work because of the severe TMJ pain that was directly affecting my ability to talk, and was directly affecting my neck & to leave with nothing other than an empty wallet and a prescription for anti inflammatory medication was was majorly disappointing.
