Madison Dental: Peter F. Indzonka, D.M.D.

Dr. Indzonka and his office is very good at seeing emergency appointments even if you are not an existing patient. Him and the staff are courteous. I would recommend going to them for a emergency and after the treatment from the office i had been why not just go there full time. I had been with my old dentist for a long time. Funny when in need emergency work I end up going here.

The staff at this office are kind and empathetic. You are seated quickly, and the appointment is efficient. Dr. Indzonka is thorough and sets a treatment plan that he follows from the time you come in. They take emergency appointments, and the practice manager, Josh, does his best to accommodate. Also, the dental hygienists do a great job with their cleanings. I would highly recommend Dr. Indzonka's office to everyone.

Was calling to get established, the woman who answered was extremely rude from the beginning. She was cutting me off when I was explaining what I was calling for and went silent after I gave her my member ID. She offered me one appointment for the 17th of Jan exam only at 10:45. No cleaning or care available until August. I work and I said I would be unable to do that appt due to timing and I asked if she had anything else. She just responded with “okay, bye and hung up the phone”. She was sucking her teeth at me and get aggressive when I asked her to repeat herself, and not respond when I was asking for clarification. Needless to say I wouldn’t want you working on me if that’s how you treat people!

These people are in this business solely for the money. especially the receptionist Josh, he is rude, lacks good manners, and lacks empathy towards patients. I took my wife and kids to this clinic for the usual six months cleaning. After the cleaning, I was informed that I will have to come back again with my wife and kids for additional work. I was clearly informed that my insurance will cover the additional work that will be done. After the work was done, I received a bill from the clinic for the work done that they told me my insurance will cover. In addition, the work was poorly done. To cut a long story short, I will add that I went to the clinic and a lot of things happened. One thing, I will advise potential patients is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Went in for a routine filling with Peter Indzonka that ended up being a month long ordeal. The work was hastily done, required multiple re-visits to fix and there was less than minimal communication on the part of the dentist as to what was going on. After getting a second opinion from Dr. K down the street (who I recommend and now use) it became clear that Indzonka did not do his due diligence in uncovering the underlying issue, either because he lacked the aptitude or didn't care. I am still dealing with tooth pain now months after initially seeing him, will probably have to go in to another visit with Dr. K to fully address the issue, and very much regret ever seeking his care.
