I had to have my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Farren and his staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and extremely caring. Dr. Farren had impeccable technique and it made recovery so smooth! Dr. Farren has the best bedside manner of any Dr. I have ever been to, and felt so at ease letting him work on my mouth. The office is spotless and easy to get to right off the northway. Definitely will recommend him and Great Oaks dental to anyone having their wisdom teeth out! Thank you Dr. Farren and staff!

I had an excellent experience at Great Oak Oral Surgery. From the moment I made my appointment, the staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get my surgery scheduled the same week. Dr. Kirkwood was outstanding—he took the time to explain everything step by step, which really helped put me at ease. During the procedure, he continued to communicate clearly about what was happening, and his calm, pleasant demeanor made the whole experience much more comfortable. Best of all, I didn’t feel any pain, and the procedure went smoothly. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from both Dr. Kirkwood and his team. Dr. Farren extracted all four wisdom teeth from each of my teenagers. The experience was about as easy as we could possibly have hoped for. Dr. Farren and his staff are kind, skilled, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They answered our questions thoroughly and are great with teenagers. Every staff member was lovely! Especially Nicole, who was beyond kind, helpful and attentive. Dr. Farren was nice and knowledgeable, and he provided great insight into the options and path forward.

Clean office. But I waited a very long time last my appt time to be seen. More than 45 minutes past my scheduled time. They even took someone that didn’t have an appt before me. The Front desk told him that his appointment had been canceled to be rescheduled. But he apparently didn’t get that message and came anyway. In addition, there is zero privacy at that front desk. You can hear everything those receptionist are saying to everyone, In person and on the phone.
