I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dental cleanings make me extremely nervous because I am very susceptible to getting headaches, so I always go in with anxiety. Clarissa was absolutely amazing during my cleaning. She was patient, gentle, understanding, and constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took her time and made the experience so much easier than I expected. Her calm and compassionate approach truly made all the difference for me. And Dr. Zappia is truly exceptional. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for the moment he walks into the room. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in providing outstanding care. If you are someone who gets nervous about dental visits, I highly recommend this office... they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. The best practice I have ever been to. Hands down recommend to everyone I know. Patient forward, calming and always reassuring. I am one of those individuals who's terrified of the dentist. My past experiences left me often with migraines and I'm allergic to novocaine. All of that has disappeared because of the incredible professionalism and empathetic treatment by Doctor Morgan Fryer and her team. I highly recommend Dr. Fryer for anyone looking for a new dentist!

Hands down THE BEST dentist in the Capital District. I drive 90 miles to come here because THEY ARE WORTH IT! From the cleanliness of the office, to the friendly staff, to the state of the art equipment to the incredible dentists, hygienists and assistants. They care about you, they hear you if you have dental issues and they are extremely thorough. I cannot recommend this female owned dental practice enough!

I was called by a receptionist to confirm an appointment I did not recall scheduling. When I said I believed the appointment may have been made in error, the receptionist became very hostile with me. She asked when I would schedule my next appointment. I was so uncomfortable that I wanted to get off the phone with her, so I said I would call back to remake the appointment. She very rudely said she would just delete all my records then. This entire interaction was so unpleasant, horrendous, and baffling. I have never been treated so poorly by any medical office before.
