I have had problems with my teeth for a couple of years. I have gotten estimates to get them fixed and the estimates were unbelievable high. My sister recommended affordable dental in Colonie. She had a great experience and her teeth looked great.I finally went over and got a estimate and it was very reasonable. I was very nervous about getting all my teeth removed but it had to be done. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.From the front desk assistant to the dental assistant were so helpful.Dr Sara was great. She explained the whole process throughly. On my third day of recovery and just had another visit which went very well. Excited about my temporary dentures. The end result has really changed my life. It will be nice to smile and eat without pain. Overall thank you .Great staff and teamwork. I will recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you so much.
Affordable Dentures Central Ave is a sound practice. Dr. Sarah proved a skilled professional in the implant field of dentistry. The whole team is customer oriented & a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, the process is long given the steps of the implant procedure. However, in the end, I am happy with the outcome.
My experience at this establishment has been nothing but top notch. I’ve waited to leave my review until I went through the entire process. From day one of meeting Cindy at the front desk to having a consultation with Dr. Hashmi to recently going back for an adjustment, I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience. This office and staff are how I remember customer service being when I was much younger. They are very professional, pleasant, accommodating, understanding and VERY good at what they do. I cannot even fathom anyone having anything but a 5 star experience with them. Dr. Hashmi definitely comes from excellent roots because your interaction with her is felt throughout the staff. My initial visit was full of uncomfortability, apprehension and uncertainty due to my own dental situation. I was educated, calmed down, given options and ultimately drawn a map on how my process would unfold. They exceeded all my expectations and continue to even now. Big shout out to Cindy on the front end!!! She is the amazing smile that greets you from the start and pretty much facilitates the entire process for you. Thank you so very much to all of you. The dentist was great and she had to work hard to get my tooth out, but it came out and I have had no pain.
I recommend this place
I was very dissatisfied with this practice. I had made this appointment 2 months in advance. Someone reached out to me 2 days prior to the appointment to discuss insurance and I said I would be paying out of pocket. When I first got their the technician made me feel very uncomfortable and she seemed very snippy and rude. I expressed that I was looking for implants. The dentist said it looked like I had some inflammation in my sinuses and refused to treat me. I explained that I had already saw an ENT and they did a CT scan and it is as NOT an issue. I could tell she wasn't interested in doing the work from the second she walked into the room and I truly do not know why. It was very odd. She was rude and arrogant! It was very very odd! I could tell by her demeanor that she was not going to treat me. So why waste my time and have me come in! If she was truly concerned about my sinuses the fact that I was actively seeing an ENT she could have collaborated with the ENT but she didn't even want to do that. This lady is very rude and I wouldn't recommend this place. It's very very shady!
