I’ve utilized their patient portal for communication and have always receive prompt replies for questions and medication refills. Dr. Dhingra was on call for my Doctor. He read my message through the portal and felt like he needed more information, so he called me. He spent some time, asked questions and in the end prescribed something that gave me relief for a problem I had suffered for months with.
