I greatly enjoyed the office design and how it really caters to children. The staff was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make it a positive experience for my daughter. I appreciate how going to the dentist will be a trip she looks forward to and how that will encourage her to maintain excellent dental hygiene.
We are new to the area and they got the kids in quickly. The staff has been awesome and I am so happy that we found this office. My son can be very nervous about dentists/doctors and they have been so patient and reassuring to him. Totally recommend this practice to anyone with kids.
I have three young daughters and they have all loved coming here. The staff is exceptional. They are so professional and kind, they are always wonderful. I wouldn't think of ever taking my girls to another place. It's always been a great experience every time, no matter the procedure. Thank you all for being amazing and giving amazing care.
I can walk to a different dentist and I still bring my kids here. I'm used to feeling judged for my large family or how my children behave in public, but I got none of that here. Even the other patients were kind and helpful. They have fun stuff in the waiting room, including a video, but the examination area was distraction-free (though beautifully decorated with a fun jungle mural). Also, they scheduled us in such a way that all four of my toothed children could be examined at the same time in the same room and while I watched. Some of my children were scared so this was important to me. They examined the teeth very quickly and efficiently, and let them get up while they waited between dental assistants and dentist. They had a good time and always felt safe and heard. I opted out of sealants in the molars, and didn't feel pressured or shamed to do it even though I didn't want to. If I had one complaint, it's that there are too many waiting areas, so when it came time to corral them out when they didn't want to leave, that was difficult. Hardly their fault though. Well done, everyone - thanks for the great experience!
This place is amazing. I can get five kids processed for cleanings and check-ups in under 2 hours from the time I walk into the door to the time I leave. They gave my daughter a filling today--22 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we were ready to leave. This place is SO efficient. They do a good job. I have NEVER had to come back for a re-do of a service. I am so glad I switched to come here. It is worth the 2 hour drive, and I never want to switch practices. My kids actually LIKE coming here, and the staff is amazing.
