I raised my 3 kids going to this dentist and they are always excellent! The hygienists also excellent. Years ago they had a fire in their old building and I had to look for a new dentist which I went to 3 diff places and none of them were as good as Dr Fisher!! He has a new co worker now, Dr Janix, who is also excellent! I’ve had a root canal with him and several cavities filled and he’s always excellent. The hygienist who works with him is also excellent.

I cannot believe that this place has only 6 reviews!Then again I guess we benefit from the reduced crowd! Switched over to Dr. Tina as this is one of the few places that accept NY State’s GHI insurance. The hygienists have excellent customer service and Dr.Tina left no effort to make her patients feel comfortable. This is one of the few places which also are reasonable for out of pocket expenses ! Thankful to have found this place !

The care itself at the office is great however the billing and reception staff is awful. I got billed $115 because I wasn't eligible for an xray which I asked if I wad prior to receiving and was told yes I was due. They failed to check with my insurance which showed I had one with a oral surgeon 2 yrs ago like I would remember. They gave me a snotty attitude and said we can't call for eligibility for every patient. I understand that but it's 2022 it's called an online provider portal that you can check without calling and I confirmed with my insurance that yes one does exist and my husband dentist uses it. I literally got laughed at by the rep on the phone when I Said there should be an easier way to check eligibility. I've been insurance for over 10 yrs I know how it works. I asked if I could get a lower rate They said nope this is what insurance would have paid well I'm not insurance I'm a person with bills to pay I'm not paying them $115 and considering switching dentist to a less rude office that knows modern technology smh. I've been a patient at this office for over 10 yrs and I feel like it's getting worse smh .

Poor quality of service. Do not go. I wish I never went for 30+ years, as now they treat you like garbage. You can't decided your own care and they do not care about you
