The staff was great! Couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Williams and her staff

IF I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT DAYS UNTIL I COULD EVEN GET A FITTING I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Took my $ and could care less about me from that point on. I will never recommend them to anyone. I feel so stressed out over this. They are supposed to make you feel better about your smile not cry about it.

The worst experience of my life. The staff was good... I had my top teeth extracted with no major issues.... but when I went back to get the bottoms extracted I went in on a Friday at noon and was rushed out of the office at 9pm. I was never given antibiotics or pain meds before I left and the reason I needed this time was I needed 9 teeth removed. She removed only 3 teeth in 8hours of me sitting in her chair... she broke the rest down to the root tips. The only reason she stopped was because I told her I couldn’t go on... Dr. Williams told her assistant to put the bottom denture in knowing I had broken teeth stick out either way it’s physically impossible to put in properly. The corporate office is just as bad with their refund policy. After leaving her office I called the corporate office and they said dr. Williams would call me that night... I never heard from her for twenty four hours later... I called corporate 4 TIMES and her emergency line 12 times before she picked up and got me meds... now I have to wait three weeks in extreme pain till I see the oral surgeon to fix everything that was messed up. Then I get to deal with doing this all over again.They never even tried to make things right very disappointing.

A nightmare !! No one knows whats going on and the secretary receptionist is night mare. This was the worst experience of my life. Look for another franchise .anywhere but this one. Minus a star 😥
