I broke my upper denture in half, my original dentist had retired soni decided to contact aspin dental in Glenmont,NY, they were able to get me in the next day, from checking in yo the tech doing exrays she was wonderful, the dentist came in took my broken dentures to the lab and came back to tell me they were able to fix them. They then brought me to hygienist Heather who was absolutely wonderful he was not just kind but very patient and compassionate to m needs, it was a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate everything they all did for me
Always a pleasure going to Aspen Dental in Glenmont New York. Sasha the receptionist is Friendly. Jessica is very knowledgeable with insurance questions. Just met Heather my new hygienist. What a fabulous job she did on my teeth. They never felt So clean. She answered all my questions and educated me in the process. It was a great experience as usual
The staff are friendly and prompt, and everyone is very professional. I was made to feel at ease by the providers, especially after avoiding the dentist for far too long. My teeth are on their recovery journey, and I am very grateful to Aspen Dental for everything. They take CSEA insurance, FYI!
Every single time I have had a service done with them there was a problem billing the insurance. Twice they have sent my account into collections because insurance didnt pay in 4 months and your bill is automatically sent to collections even though my cases were still open and in review. The last time I went in they gave me a quote, I payed my portion up front had the service done and here we are 6 months later with me in collections and insurance saying they dont pay for those services so even though I was quoted a specific number and paid they didnt even check if insurance would pay and now I am out $950 or my credit gets hit. Aspen dental does not care about you they care about your money and will do nothing to help even though half the time its their fault. I wish I could give negative stars. Also dont bother calling corporate they send you to a call center over seas that is undertrained and have no idea how to help you, if you can understand them.
Two different occasions the staff up front specifically NOT very nice, rude, nasty attitudes. To get a patient in the chair to tell them u have to pay a certain amount out of pocket or cant be seen is unfair not cool. They need to learn how to be more professional and let ppl know they can still b seen at least basic cleaning or check than offer to reschedule. I wasted time twice leaving work to not be able to be seen. I will be transferring soon as possible.
