very pleased with the service,i was treated friendly,quickly and efficiently with a few key strokes on the computer he corrected my problem on the nys of health website. for years i had a problem with the system not accepting my self employment paperwork because it was in the wrong format or something,who knows but i kept the loophole going for a few years.i believe his name was Juan. i had to rush in the building to get this straightened out because i had no insurance coverage for a doc app't i just came from being denied the visit.it was like a 1/4 hour till closing and he took me in and worked his magic and got it sorted out and fixed i believe in one visit and then either the next day or 2 on my second(?) visit we all went into lockdown.it went so fast i don't remember it all and care not to relive last year..

My family worked with Melany from Healthy Capital District in May 2025. I was laid off and enlisted her assistance in re-enrolling. We encountered difficulty with the payment process. When I contacted Melany for help, she was impatient, degrading and very disrepectful to me - but worst of all she refused to help my children! I left 3 messages for a supervisor and got no response. The only communication I received was from NYSOH saying that Healthy Capital District and Melany has resiged as our navigator. I recommend finding another navigator service. I hope that the City School District of Albany chooses a better navigator to work with.
