I had an excellent experience here! Dr. Kupetz was professional, kind, and quick to respond when I had a dental emergency. Everything was completely pain-free, which really put me at ease. He explained things clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate the fast response time and the level of care I received. Saying "Highly recommend" is an understatement!
My 25 year old daughter recently needed some emergency work---on a Sunday afternoon. We were incredibly fortunate to find Dr Kupetz, who saw her within two hours. My daughter is deathly afraid of dentists, but Dr Kupetz and his team were so patient, gentle, and calming as he worked on her for several hours and took care of the problem. We could not be more impressed or thankful for all he did, and highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Scott!
Dr. Scott SAVED MY LIFE. My tooth was severely infected and the pain became unbearable on Friday night. He responded to me within a few hours and fit me in that Saturday at 6pm!! He fixed my tooth and it is AMAZING!!! 10/10 best dental experience I have ever had
Dr. Scott is a real life saver. I had terrible tooth pain that became intolerable Friday night of a long holiday weekend (my normal dentist couldn't get me in until Tuesday at the earliest). I couldn't handle 3-4 more days of pain this bad. Saturday morning my wife called Dr. Scott and within three hours my mouth was numb and my emergency root canal was underway. It was my first root canal and he walked us through every step and told us what to expect going forward. A very friendly guy in a very comfortable office with a TV to watch and distract you from what's happening in your mouth. His office is also helping with the very complicated dental claim for my insurance. Great experience overall. Highly recommend. Thanks again Dr. Scott!
Called panicked late on a Friday night before a long weekend, called me back that night and saw me at 8am the next day.
