Excellent experience, kind staff, clean facility, and knowledgeable dentist !.This was my first visit to Dr.Bhupinder Bhattal .I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but today I walked away with a smile. Highly, highly recommend!
Went through network to get a referral, this guy came off like he couldn't be bothered and was basically ok with me just leaving, noting I'm there to get help and start working on my oral health and all he did was document what I already know.
Got referral and won't be back. His staff was on point but this man DOES NOT CARE IF YOU COME OR GO AND IN NO WAY SHOWS CARING OR COMPASSION, IF YOU GOT AN ISSUE GO SOMEWHERE THEY MIGHT ACTUALLU WANT TO HELP YOU.

Came here to find a dentist in my network, just because I wanted to save money. I did not look at the reviews prior to getting there.
Once I got there I looked at the reviews and kept what I read in mind. I go in for a cleaning, I get xrays done and no cleaning. The Dr. tells me I have cavities. Completely possible , I'm a candy junkie. I then set an appt for he following day to finish up with my cleaning. My cleaning lasted 3 to 5 minutes. After that and seeing the reviews I had no faith in this man. I went to another dentist. I brought the xrays I just had done and provided them to the new dentist. Dentist looked in my mouth with his tools....No cavity!! The dentist also said the xrays were good quality images. The WORST cleaning ever.

Please please please read all of this. This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. They are impossible to get a hold of and whenever I do the appointment isn't until months later when I need it ASAP. I unfortunately have not the greatest teeth even though I take care of them and going to this dentist has causes me such frustration that I don't even have the energy to take care of my teeth anymore and just want to let them all rot. I've never had this happen with any other dentist but multiple filling having either become loose or have fallen out multiple times. I am so scared that the fillings of all the teeth he has done will become loose or fall out. I also now have a broken tooth and with that and everything else its making it painful to eat but I don't have an appointment until April. The last appointment I had was in September and the next appointment I was supposed to have was in December but I had to reschedule because I was sick, it took them a month to get back to me to reschedule. So they didn't get back to me until January then the appointment the schedule wasn't until 3 months later. Now it is March and they rescheduled my appointment to April and also put me on a cancelation list. I've noticed my appointments are scheduled months apart while other patients are getting scheduled within the next couple of weeks. I honestly think going to this dentist has made my mouth much worse and me more miserable. There is more I want to say but I don't want to accidentally repeat myself and can't think how to word it anymore. If you read this all before deciding whether or not to go here please look at other reviews and see if you know anyone who has gone and get their opinion and if you have to go I hope you have a better experience than me
