Dr. Farooqui has a very calm demeanor, my father came in for some follow up pain on a filling and he was quite nervous during the appointment. She kept him calm and solved his issue - 10/10
Best dental office I have ever been to. They are kind, knowledgeable, and tell me what I need to hear. So professional and good at their jobs. Gigi was great.
Today I had my first appointment with Albany Group Dental Practice and I’m so glad I did! I was long overdue for a cleaning and X-rays. The tech that took my X-rays and a 3D scan of my teeth was friendly and helpful. My cleaning was done by Dr. Farooqui who was knowledgeable, friendly, comforting, and helped me understand some concerns she had. Not pushy about getting any additional work done, just answered my questions and let me know my options. I could not recommend a dental practice more.
We love Dr. Farooqui and all of the hygienists here, but the woman up front is a nightmare. I am about to find a new dentist just so I never have to see her or deal with her ever again.
If I could give zero stars I would. The one star is definitely by a mistake. I had the worst experience at this office. The lady that answers the phone is incompetent and very rude. It's allowed and this is why she talks to patients with a nasty unprofessional attitude. Also I waited for almost 6 months for Dr Farooqui to get back to me about a procedure and this is why everything is being rushed at my new dentist. She's very slow and has the I don't care attitude. They think they're the only people working and they're so busy they can't return a call. Yet we are working as well and we're on our breaks making these calls. Steer away from this despicable place at all costs. Take your business elsewhere.
