After a terrible experience with my dad’s previous dentist, my friend recommended Dr. Christopher. I brought my dad here for the first time today for a crown procedure, and the entire visit was pleasant and painless. The office is clean, and everyone (from the front desk to the back) is friendly and caring.
Most dental offices my dad has been to were overbooked, and he always had to wait a long time. But this place doesn’t seem to overbook patients. We arrived a little early, and they seated dad almost right away.
Dr. Christopher is very gentle and patient. He took time to explain every step before performing, which really helped put my dad at ease. The procedure itself was completely painless. My dad said this was by far the best dental experience he’s ever had!
My only regret is not bringing dad to Dr. Christopher sooner, those unpleasant experiences with the last dentist could have been avoided. Since coming home, my dad hasn’t stopped telling his friends how great his visit was today!
These people saved me when I was on a trip to NYC! I was eating dumplings when all of a sudden, part of my tooth fell out (on a Sunday too). As you can imagine, this was an extremely jarring thing to happen to you in an unfamiliar city. Thankfully, I was close to Apex Dental, and was able to get an appointment the same day. Everyone, including the dentist, was very gracious and professional. Even though I don't live here, the dentist did a great job gluing the tooth back on until I could get a root canal back home. The prices were very reasonable, too, especially since my insurance doesn't work in NYC. I will always be grateful for the helpful and understanding conduct of this office. If only I lived here, I would definitely be back!
I must say that Apex family Dental are great! The doctors and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was seen by Dr Hua and I must say she is both friendly and amazing at what she she does. My teeth are so much better and I must thank Dr Hua tremendously for making that happened. If I can offer any advice, after you have seen your dentist whether for a cleaning or other procedure, after-care is so important when it comes to brushing, flossing, and mouth washing twice a day. Also follow up with your Dentist regularly. I would definitely recommend Apex Family Dental!
I love coming to the dentist, ever since my daughter recommended me Dr Cristopher Wong. In the past, I had 3 different bad Dentist experiences, so I was reluctant and not trustful of Dentists in general. But I was surprised at the attention, from the beginning (front office) to the actual Dr treatment, his patience and care to perform my dental work. The office is very clean and organized. And all the staff neat and kind. Definitely a Dentist and a dental office to recommend!

First they took so long doing my x rays that they wanted me to wait 45 min to see the dentist, then it turned out the dentist I made the appointment with wasn’t even in the office that day. So I rescheduled, came back, and they had lost the x rays!?! So now I have to find a new dentist and get a double dose of radiation in my mouth. And when I said how disappointed I was they didn’t even apologize just stood there! What a terrible experience!
