Honestly had a great experience !
I had a long drive a head of me when I stopped on this past Friday. With limited options for quick and easy lent friendly options it was refreshing to deal with a crew that was accommodating, polite, professional and simply on point.
In particular Justin was an absolute please to deal with ! If he is not on track to management or shift leader he needs to be ! I will be back to this location when I'm the area. Thank you again!
All in all the food was hot, fresh and honestly looked just like the menu! one of the very few times that has ever happened to me.
I love their burgers and the deals they offer in their app. My mobile order took a bit longer than usual to prepare on this trip.
I don’t like going inside usually the cashier is an older lady and the last couple of times I went inside I was told to smile or I look tired?! But they aren’t smiling and look tired?! It’s so rude and uncomfortable! I much rather go through the drive thru anyway. The only thing I would have to say about that, it’s bad service when you get there a few mins before breakfast is over and your told to wait but they change the breakfast menu to lunch while you’re waiting and when there available to take your order they can’t accommodate you because supposedly there out of breakfast?! I thought there slogan was have it your way ..
We came in on Wednesday specifically to use the Wednesday Whopper deal, but unfortunately the system would not accept the promotional code. The experience was frustrating, but the lady in charge went out of her way to make it work for us. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and we truly appreciated how she handled the situation. Great customer service despite the technical issues!
The service at this location is absolutely ridiculous. 30 min wait time for mobile orders. Poorly trained staff, incorrect items all the time. You can complain and they send you some free crowns, just to come back to use and have the same service all over again. If this is the best Burger King can do then id sell the place to a Chic Fil A. WORST BURGER KING LOCATION IN THE CAPITAL DISTRICT!
