Capital Region Foot Care: Lam, Steven DPM

I have seen Dr. Ginsburg here for over 20 years. I love them!! Never any pain! I have not needed to return lately.

Dr Lam has been treating my diabetic feet both in and out of the hospital as my needs have changed rangeing from wound healing to surgical intervention. He is very personable, highly skilled (in my opinion as a dentist) and his staff is friendly. I highly recommend his office.

What excellent exceptional care! Our endocrinologist recommended Dr Lam and Dr. Ginsberg highly. I had foot surgery and Dr. Lam is the most caring dr. I have met. Calm and patient and kind as well as being the only foot surgeon who finally did the appropriate surgery after 3 others performed surgery and themselves confessed “it’s as if you didn’t have surgery “! Well not the case this time! I had no pain after surgery and I am healing quickly! Thank you Dr. Lam! Don’t waste your time with seeing anyone else.

Dr. Lam performed bunion surgery on both feet a year apart. I am very pleased with the procedure and the results. He was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. His office staff were very helpful, especially Donna. I would highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr Lam for several years. Recently I have a problem with my largest toe on one foot. It doesnt hurt, but im unable to move it, it just hangs, hard to walk, taping it to toe next to it. Dr Lam sent me for a MRI well over a month ago, i have made 6 calls, left messages, asking for results of mri. He has not responded, no message, no nurse call nothing. I requested a copy of mri so i can move forward....ive received nothing, cant release mri report untill Dr Lam discusses the results with me. I couldnt be more discouraged.
